These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.lifecuremed.com (the “Site”), operated by LifeCureMed (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or submitting the quote request form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

LifeCureMed is a licensed insurance agency. We are not an insurance carrier and we do not underwrite, issue or administer insurance policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Medicare, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any other federal or state government agency or program. This Site is a solicitation for insurance; submitting the form connects you with a licensed insurance agent or producer.

This is the full text of the consent you give when you check the box on our quote form:

“By checking this box and clicking ‘Get my free quote,’ I give my prior express written consent for LifeCureMed and its licensed insurance agents to contact me at the phone number and email address I provided about final expense and life insurance products — including calls and text messages made using an automatic telephone dialing system, an autodialer, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, ringless voicemail, and email — even if my number is on a federal, state or corporate Do Not Call list. I understand that consent is not a condition of purchase and that I may revoke it at any time by replying STOP to any text, clicking unsubscribe in any email, telling the agent to place me on the internal Do Not Call list, or emailing support@lifecuremed.com. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. I also agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and I confirm I am the subscriber or customary user of this number and am at least 18 years old.”

You represent that the phone number you provide is your own or that you are its customary user and are authorized to give consent for it. If your number changes or is reassigned, notify us immediately at support@lifecuremed.com. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and compliance purposes where permitted by law; you will be notified at the start of a recorded call.

3. How to revoke consent — “STOP” and other methods

You may withdraw your consent at any time, for any reason, at no cost, using any of these methods:

We honor revocation requests made through any reasonable means and apply them across all channels — calls, texts, prerecorded messages and marketing email — unless you tell us to keep one channel open. Your number is added permanently to our internal Do Not Call list. After you opt out of texts you will receive a single confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this Site. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and not to submit information belonging to another person without their authorization. We may refuse service, remove content or suspend access for any submission we believe is fraudulent, automated or unauthorized.

6. No offer of insurance; no advice

Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy insurance in any state where we or the carrier are not licensed. Coverage amounts, benefits, waiting periods, riders, exclusions and pricing vary by carrier, state, age, gender, tobacco use and answers to health questions. Availability and approval are never guaranteed. Any figures or examples on the Site are general illustrations, not quotes. Only the issued policy governs coverage. We do not provide legal, tax, financial or medical advice — consult a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, logos and code — is owned by LifeCureMed or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Automated data collection, scraping and bulk downloading are prohibited.

8. Third-party sites and services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, including lead verification providers such as Jornaya (LeadiD) and TrustedForm, analytics and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeCureMed and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeCureMed from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of information you were not authorized to provide.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [EDIT — your state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in [EDIT — county, state], except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court. You and LifeCureMed waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@lifecuremed.com within 30 days of first using the Site.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
