Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026 · Effective: September 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LifeCureMed (“LifeCureMed,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit www.lifecuremed.com (the “Site”) or submit a request for a final expense insurance quote. By using the Site you agree to this policy and to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Identifiers and contact information: first name, last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and state.
- Free-text information: anything you type into the comments field.
- Consent records: the exact disclosure text shown to you, the date and time you checked the consent box, the page URL, and a lead certification token (see “Lead verification” below).
- Information provided later: if you continue with an application, a licensed agent may collect date of birth, gender, tobacco use, beneficiary details, health answers and payment information. That information is collected by the agent and the insurance carrier under their own privacy practices.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page and similar analytics data.
- Marketing attribution parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and gclid.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including those set by analytics and advertising partners. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not work correctly if you do.
Lead verification (Jornaya / LeadiD and TrustedForm)
We use independent lead certification services — Jornaya (LeadiD) and, where enabled, ActiveProspect TrustedForm — to create an independent, tamper-evident record of your visit and consent. These services observe your interaction with the form (such as keystroke and mouse activity, the disclosure language displayed, and the time of submission) and generate a unique certificate or token that is stored with your record. This is used solely to verify that consent was given, to prevent fraud, and to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and related regulations. Jornaya and TrustedForm act as independent data controllers for the data they collect; see the Jornaya/Verisk privacy notice and the ActiveProspect privacy policy.
2. How we use your information
- To contact you — by phone call, text message, email, prerecorded or artificial voice message, ringless voicemail, or automatic telephone dialing system — about final expense and life insurance products, based on the consent you provided.
- To prepare quotes, match you with licensed agents and carriers, and process an application if you choose to apply.
- To verify, document and retain proof of your consent.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, measure advertising performance, and detect fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, insurance licensing and recordkeeping obligations.
Consent is never a condition of purchase. You can request a quote by emailing us directly at support@lifecuremed.com without agreeing to automated contact.
3. How we share your information
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| Licensed insurance agents and producers affiliated with LifeCureMed | To contact you and prepare your quote |
| Insurance carriers you choose to apply with | To underwrite and issue a policy |
| Service providers (CRM, dialer, SMS and email platforms, cloud hosting, spreadsheet and analytics tools) | To run our business on our behalf, under contract |
| Lead certification providers (Jornaya, TrustedForm) | To verify and document consent |
| Advertising and analytics partners | To measure campaigns and reduce wasted spend |
| Legal and regulatory recipients | When required by law, subpoena, regulator request, or to protect our rights |
| A successor entity | In a merger, acquisition or sale of assets |
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it with unrelated third-party marketers. [EDIT — if your business model shares leads with additional marketing partners, this sentence must be changed and those partners must be identified before consent is collected.]
4. Your choices: calls, texts, email and Do Not Call
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to end all texts. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Phone calls: tell any agent to place you on our internal Do Not Call list, or email support@lifecuremed.com with the phone number to suppress.
- All channels at once: email support@lifecuremed.com with the subject line “REVOKE CONSENT” and include your name, phone number and email address.
We honor revocation requests promptly and through any reasonable method you use. Your number is added to our internal Do Not Call list and retained there indefinitely. We also scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries. You may register your number free of charge at donotcall.gov.
5. Privacy rights by state
Depending on where you live — including California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and retain about you;
- Access a copy of that information in a portable format;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions;
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights;
- Appeal a denied request.
To exercise any right, email privacy@lifecuremed.com. We will verify your identity using the information we already hold and respond within the time required by your state’s law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing where required.
6. Security and retention
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls and limited staff permissions — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain lead and consent records for at least five (5) years [EDIT — confirm with counsel], which is the standard retention period for defending TCPA claims, and longer where insurance or tax law requires.
7. Children
The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email privacy@lifecuremed.com and we will delete it.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to carrier, government or partner websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their policies before sharing information with them.
9. Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter a barrier using this Site, email support@lifecuremed.com and we will assist you and work to fix the issue.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the Site after posting means you accept the revised policy.
